Nadi Town - Nadi Bus Stand
The military regime in Fiji have been asleep for the past three days as violent floods continue to cause havoc throughout the nation.  So far thousands have been displaced and so far the western division is the worst hit.  Ba and Nadi Town are under water as seen in the photos below.

Currently the tourism industry is in disarray with hundreds of tourists stranded, tourists stranded in Nadi town are being transported to the airport by rescue boats deployed by Airports Fiji Limited (AFL), all schools in the western division are closed for the second day,  thousands of Fijian's are stranded in towns and cities around Viti Levu due to excessive,  a severe flood warning is now in force for northern Viti Levu, Fiji Electricity Authority (FEA) has confirmed that some parts of the western division are completely without power supply due to flooding and the extreme weather conditions and hundreds have lost them homes and belongings.

So far there regime has held out against declaring a state of emergency for the nation or some parts of the nation.  The biggest factor is that the regime is too scared to have a natural disaster impact on the tourist dollar and the arrival of tourists in Fiji.

The suffering continues for thousands of Fijians!
